TERMS OF USE

By accessing or using the MotorTrade™ application, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Purpose of the Application

MotorTrade™ is designed to help users to buy, sell and swap their vehicles. The application may allow users to send or share notifications, images, or updates with other users.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for the information they provide or share through the application. Users must ensure that the contacts they notify are appropriate and that the information shared is accurate.

Service Availability

HEALICORE SOFTWARES FZCO strives to maintain reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the application.

Limitation of Liability

HEALICORE SOFTWARES FZCO shall not be held liable for any issue resulting of the transaction between two users.

Payment

By upgrading to Premium, you agree to our Terms of Use (EULA) and Privacy Policy.

Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at x confirmation of purchase.

Premium subscriptions are monthly subscription.

Automatic Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

Account Charging: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, at the cost of the chosen plan (Starter, Premium, or Business).

Management: Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

Pet Limit: Each subscription tier grants access to a specific number of pet profiles slots (1, 2, or Unlimited).

Switching tiers can be managed via iTunes Subscription settings.

Allocated slot

Each slot is allocated for a period of 30 days and cannot be reallocated to another pet before the end of that period.

Update to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the application indicates acceptance of any updated terms.

Your privacy is important to us.

Information We May Collect

When using the Motortrade™ application, the following information may be processed:

User profile information provided voluntarily
Photos captured throughout the application
Contact information selected by the user
Technical data necessary for the operation of the application

Purpose of Data Use

The collected information is used solely to operate and improve the safety features of the application, including enabling users to share safety updates with trusted contacts.

Data Storage

User information may be stored securely using trusted cloud service providers required for the technical operation of the application.
